PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience with B2C mobile products across various development stages.
  • Expertise in managing META advertising accounts, handling multiple campaigns, and large budgets with a focus on performance.
  • Knowledge of subscription-based apps, particularly iOS-first and Web-to-App flows.
  • Understanding of iOS App Flow, MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners), and attribution, including SKAN (SKAdNetwork) and Web-to-App conversion.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, able to generate innovative testing ideas for creative flows.
  • Data-driven mindset, turning insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong creative thinking, with the ability to solve problems from fresh perspectives.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch & Scale Ads: Drive the launch and scaling of Femia ads on Meta platforms, focusing on maximizing performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analytics to evaluate ad performance, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing strategies.
  • Innovation in Advertising: Stay updated with new advertising trends in the market, testing and implementing fresh ad approaches.
  • Budget Management: Track advertising spend to meet targets under specific ROI goals.
