User Acquisition (UA) Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in user acquisition or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with analytics and marketing tools. (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth for mobile apps/games.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels including social media, search, and display networks.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the most effective acquisition tactics.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners and ad networks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging acquisition channels.
