We are on the lookout for a/an User Documnetation and Training Person to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an on site position.

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
RTD.H.DEP.IT in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate solutions/information systems for the Research and Innovation Family, enabling the successful implementation of the Commission’s Digital Transformation and EU policies.
In close collaboration with other Commission services and its customers, the RTD.H.DEP.IT builds and operates solutions in the areas of grants, experts and procurement management.
Amongst the solutions provided, the IT department in the Common Implementation Centre (CIC) Directorate of the Directorate General for Research & Innovation (DG R&I) develops, maintains and supports in terms of end user assistance (helpdesk, training, documentation and communication) workflow IT systems’ tools for the management of experts (eEXPERTS), grants (eGRANTS) and procurement.

- Writing user manuals for information systems.
- Writing information systems on-line help.
- Writing web documentation.
- Prepare and give training courses on information systems.
- Translate business analysts input to information consumable by the end-user.

Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems.
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
- Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of MS-Office.
- Knowledge of web languages or tools (e.g. html,) would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication / writing skills.
- Ability to apply high quality standards.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
