JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead research-based product improvement and evaluation projects, providing actionable insights that drive product development and customer success. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure our products are highly usable, desirable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and conduct user research studies to gain user insights, validate designs, and drive product strategy.
  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to communicate insights to the team.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, product design workshops, and other meetings that utilize design thinking approaches to fuel ideation and product design.
  • Conduct secondary research, including literature reviews, competitive reviews, and desk research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the product development process and contribute to product strategy
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies, tools, and industry trends.
  • Continuously improve our research methods and processes, and manage research operations including a participant database and a research repository.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer/Information science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a technology startup, agency, or SaaS product-focused company.
  • Demonstrated expertise with qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability testing, in-app surveys, heuristic review, and user interviews.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the design thinking process and HCI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience with usability testing tools, survey platforms, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
