We are seeking a User Growth Data Analyst to join our User Growth Team, a group dedicated to expanding and engaging our customer base. In this role, you will optimize customer communication channels, analyse performance, and develop strategies to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and passionate about creating seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse new user acquisition, retention, LTV, and CRM performance to identify growth opportunities and improve onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with HQ BI teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and present findings with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Define and track KPIs for CRM projects, analysing factors that drive performance and applying statistical techniques to validate results.
  • Conduct in-depth research using large datasets in BigQuery to test hypotheses, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM activities (e.g., campaigns, incentives, referral programs) and communication channels using key metrics and customer segmentation based on behaviour, demographics, and preferences.
