YOUR ROLE

Clinical Insights is part of the New Business Development Department, working closely with Device R&D, Product Innovation, Product Development, and Commercial Development.
As part of the early-stage product innovation team, you’ll help set the direction for product development based on user needs and market trends.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and explore unmet user needs within surgery

• Interpret user and market insights and present recommendations to the innovation teamGenerate usability engineering documentation and support risk management
