Location: The Speechmark, London + *Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience with user research in a complex organization.
  • Expertise across a range of user research methods e.g. usability testing, qualitative moderation and survey design.
  • Strong ability to work closely with design peers to find solutions and drive projects forward.
  • Confident managing and communicating with senior leaders and justifying strategic decisions.
  • Great problem solving and analytical thinking.

Key accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with service design, product and UX design teams to drive strategic decision making and shape the customer experience.
  • Develop research plans, discussion guides, and methodologies.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, ensuring robust data collection and analysis.
  • Derive actionable insights and recommendations from research findings.
  • Independently lead business critical projects (tier 1s, 0s / top 10).
  • Engage across the entire product development life cycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization

Responsibilities:

As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in advancing our omni-channel design process by conducting insightful, strategically significant research. User research methods such as usability testing, qualitative moderation, and survey design will be solidly in your wheelhouse.
Collaborating closely with service design, product and UX design teams, you will conduct research that will help drive Vodafone’s strategic roadmap and shape outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will autonomously lead projects and collaborate with fellow researchers to tackle complex challenges.
Leveraging your expertise, you will develop robust research plans and discussion guides, conduct both quantitative and qualitative research, perform thorough data analysis, and distil actionable insights that drive business critical projects.
