REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Research, Market Research, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in user research, UX, market research, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to conduct research and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of user research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with tools like User Interview, Typeform, Figma, or similar UX tools is a plus.
  • Passion for understanding user needs and improving product experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an User Researcher to join our team and help us gain deeper insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. As a key part of our research team, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to conduct user research that shapes the future of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about user experience (UX), qualitative and quantitative research, and data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in designing and conducting user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze user feedback and research data to uncover insights that inform product development and UX improvements.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to understand research needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Help recruit participants for research sessions and manage research logistics.
  • Synthesize and present research findings in clear, concise reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with UX trends, user behavior analysis, and industry best practices.
