Description:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic Knowledge of UX/UI Design Principles: Familiarity with fundamental concepts of user experience and interface design, including wireframing and prototyping.
  • Research Skills: Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Prototyping Tools: Experience or coursework in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in establishing structure and process to conducting regular research; such as templates, scripts, recruitment, research plans.
  • Support in conducting research, analysing findings and developing insights and recommendations.
  • Support the ideation and experimentation process by building and testing the prototyping and refining designs.
  • Gather feedback on in flight products driving improvements on them.
