CONTEXT
The tribe THALES 360 has an end-to-end responsibility towards Thales Sales community on the Microsoft Dynamics based CRM used by Thales worldwide - about 2100 users. As such, we are looking for a candidate to join our team of User Support Analysts in the Service Squad.
SKILLS:
- analytic and autonomous mindset, rigor and good organization on tasks,
- skilled at formulas on Excel, with understanding of database concepts,
- good oral and written communication,
- fluent at English language,
- preferably skilled in French,
- team-spirited,
- at ease with working in a multi-cultural/international context,
Responsibilities:
- assisting end-users in order to provide an efficient Support in a timely manner (SLA),
- leading investigations/analyses as a team and collaborate if necessary with the Product Owner to:
- understand the requests/issues,
- qualify potential application malfunctions or needs for new features,
- come up with solutions to help the end-user (workarounds, emergency bug fix, end-user communication)
- Provide punctual trainings on specific topics
- Perform additional data analysis tasks when necessary (data integrity checks and resulting data recovery)
- carrying out functional administration tasks on the application (data referential, data consistency and restructuring, user access),
- following up on the topics opened with the Product Owner,
- contributing to the User Support documentation and processes (SOP),
