EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering field from an accredited college or University
- 3 Years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proven ability in managing utilities, project management and mechanical systems engineering.
- Proficiency in critical monitoring systems and data analysis.
- Preferred knowledge of utilities systems, including RO systems and purified water systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, equipment specifications, and submittals.
- Experience with GMP and or ISO regulations preferred
- Experience in Utility Systems and Mechanical Systems
- Experience of Project Management Intricates
- Experience or Knowledge of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and data analysis for improving efficiency of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
- Preferred AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Project Engineer for Mechanical Systems & Power Plant Projects, leading all aspects of design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Act as the owner of the Temperature, Humidity and Pressure (THP), CMS, ensuring its functionality and efficiency in being responsible for site’s operating conditions.
- Develop expertise in new equipment within the power plant/processes, including RO Skid, purified water upgrades, and THP Upgrades, to provide comprehensive coverage and technical support.
- Conduct Practical Performance Improvement (PPI) of existing HVAC and mechanical equipment, optimizing efficiency and reliability.
- Lead qualification and validation processes for new equipment installations and upgrades, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Improve existing preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) procedures & job plans for existing utilities & mechanical systems.
