THE ROLE:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 4 Full Time Permanent Utility All Rounder at our Mine Site where Mackay and surrounding areas, Qld are the point of hire. Working 14 days ON 7 days OFF (14/7). DIDO role within 2hrs radius of site.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

• Setting up and clearing dining rooms
• Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas
• Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices
• Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
• Assisting the broader team as required
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
• Dining Room Duties - maintain cleanliness, stock and crib food levels
• Housekeeping Duties - room and ensuite cleaning, making beds (if needed)
• Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning
• Mine Site Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses
