Description:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Utility Automation team in Plant Engineering & Support in Hillerød. Are you interested in the overall automation strategy, structure, compliance, validation, projects, and maintenance of SCADA systems in a GMP environment? About the position
Our new Utility Automation Engineer is an add on to our Utility Automation team. We have extremely many exciting tasks in the team; from defining the overall strategy, structure, and philosophy for BMS/VDS, to providing support to our sitewide expansion projects and AVEVA SCADA system in operations. This includes managing the system administration, maintain the server setup, and organizing the automation systems and basic engineering principles.
The team is in a process of developing a new Fujifilm design for the PLC and SCADA standard library (AVEVA) for all the solutions throughout the utility systems, and you will therefore participate in various investment projects that include expansion or modification to existing SCADA system/platform.
To ensure a successful handover to operations, you will be working closely with end-users to understand system functionalities to find optimal automation solutions that support equipment reliability and digitalization strategies.
The job requires daily presence at our site in Hillerød, with the possibility of occasionally working from home.

Tasks (not limited to):

  • Responsible BMS/VDS Automation Engineer RE
  • Determine the strategy, structure, and philosophy for BMS/VDS in Trackwise and Master Control and maintain document matrix.
  • Create and maintain procedures for operating and maintaining systems.
  • Performing Validation Tasks on VDS/BMS, CAHS, EDIS, VersionDog systems
  • Prepare user requirements specifications URS and functional Specifications
  • Control GMP Change Management via TrackWise
  • Interact with FDBD Quality department through approval process of documents and Change Management requests.
  • Support sitewide projects in design and requirements for BMS/VDS and CAHS services
  • Communicate with coming users to ensure successful handover to operation.
  • Participate in Audits and inspections.
  • Set the standard in cooperation with the Fujifilm global network.

Qualifications

Professional skills:

  • You have an educated background in Control, Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience with automation tasks in the Pharmaceutical Industry or similar is preferred
  • Knowledge about GMP and change control
  • Project experience from automation projects in a Bulk Manufacturing Facility or Food Industry is preferred.
  • Good English verbal and written skills and basic Danish

About the Team and the Department
The Utility Automation team consists of 10 engineers that provides technical support for all Plant Utilities and Support Equipment, such as plant steam boilers, cooling and heating systems, HVAC systems, water pre-treatment systems, USP water systems, electrical distribution, utility and building automation. It is a team with high technical expertise in an incorporated culture for good daily cooperation in a positive atmosphere.
The team is part of the Plant Engineering & Support department and provides automation engineering support for plant utilities and manufacturing support systems.
