Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a UX creative leadership roles, preferably in enterprise level products
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, with a focus on large-scale or high-impact projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience facilitating value driven work session and workshops
• Experience mentoring or managing younger designers
• Sharp communication skills and ability to convey your ideas to upper management and senior stakeholders
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe X

The Cloud ERP UX Design team is seeking a UX Creative Lead (f/m/d) to join our Design Concepts Team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the lead crafter for key projects, shaping the direction of UX strategies and driving creative innovation. You will also play a significant mentorship role, guiding the creative approach of younger designers and fostering a collaborative environment. Your leadership will inspire others and set a high standard of excellence in UX design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX Strategy & Execution: Spearhead the creative direction for critical projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals, an adherence and augmentation of the SAP Fiori Design System and SAP Fiori Elements.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, nurturing their development and helping them hone their creative skills
• Innovative Problem Solving: Use design thinking and user-cantered principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions
• Set Standards: Be a role model, establishing best practices in UX design and elevating the overall design quality across projects
• Creative Visionary: Drive innovation and push the boundaries of UX design, challenging the team to think creatively and strategically

In this role, you will integrate the Cloud ERP UX Design - Design Concepts Team – a group responsible for extending the Fiori foundation with the Cloud ERP design system to satisfy the specific needs of Cloud ERP end-users and to equip application designers to create great experiences for them.
