JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consumer Experience Design team seeks an individual well versed with systems thinking, and leading remote teams to oversee a transformational effort in Online Banking. The ideal candidate has experience working in early stages of design and an aptitude in Agile methodologies.
Experience Designers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in developing human-centered experiences that provide personalized, clear, helpful, and inclusive digital plus human solutions for our customers. Experience designers consider the why, what, and how of product use to help identify where user needs intersect with business goals across the entire user journey. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for low to medium complexity product feature (s) with unique expertise/skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience
  • Proficient product management, product and experience design or similar experience
