UX Design Lead

THE POSITION

We are looking for an impactful UX Design Lead to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll help us create solutions that assist our customers in moving towards ’net zero’ through smarter and cleaner renewable energy systems. You’ll collaborate with Product Manager Leads and Engineering managers, and lead a growing team of UX Designers in delivering meaningful outcomes.
As a UX Design Lead, you’ll inspire, guide, and empower your team to maximize their impact as UX Designers. Furthermore, you will focus on three key areas: Developing and driving a UX vision as part of the product strategy, discovering and translating the user needs into product opportunities, and designing the delivery process. This means that you will play a crucial role in shaping our product direction, while advocating and scaling UX Design at Sympower.
