As a UX/UI Designer at AGCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for our customers across various platforms and applications. You will be responsible for merging user experience strategies with innovative interface designs to create seamless and visually engaging experiences. Collaborating closely with solution managers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will champion user-centered design principles and ensure consistency in both UX and UI aspects.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years in a UX/UI design role, with a strong portfolio highlighting successful projects with up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI standards and industry trends.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD in conjunction with a basic knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practices with experience creating wireframes, storyboards and user journeys.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization
