Description:

Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a UX Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and implement user-centric experiences that drive growth and engagement for our products and services. You will have the chance to learn, grow, and make a significant impact on our business’ success. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about user-centered design and eager to contribute to creating intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly designs for our supply chain management solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Apply human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies to solve user problems with minimal guidance.
  • Create detailed user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and designers.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces, interactions, and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business objectives.
  • Participate in user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
  • Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and executives.
  • Continuously test and iterate on design concepts, gathering user feedback and data to inform ongoing improvements.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your hands-on design work
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its applications in UX design is a plus.
