Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Computer Interactions, Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of UX experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates experience in service design, design research, interaction design and product strategy.
- Expertise with design tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Highly organizational; good presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Critical thinking skills with a sharp analytical mind and astute design judgment
- Added advantage if experience in Agile and UX development environments and frontend development/web development technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design)

Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to outline goals and challenges
- Propose user-centric approaches to improving products and services.
- Promote user research activities via co-creation workshops, focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, and surveys
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods to prove concepts and demonstrate value.
- Incorporate corporate design systems and usability as well as good customer experience into products and services.
