• A relevant qualification or significant experience in UX Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX Design or User Research with a portfolio showcasing commercial products.
• Proficiency in UI prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Figma and a solid understanding of usability principles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative approach and a quick learner in new domains.
• Experience in usability testing and user research is advantageous.
• Experience in facilitating team workshops and collaboration exercises.
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
