A UX Visionary: You have 2-4 years (or more) of experience in UX design, and your portfolio showcases your ability to create user-centered designs that are both beautiful and functional. YOUR ROLE:

As a UX Designer at HVD Group, you’re not just designing products—you’re shaping the future of entire industries. We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, and creative individual who can dig deep into our users’ needs and deliver designs that don’t just meet expectations—they exceed them. You’ll collaborate with a global team of UX and service designers, product managers, and developers, all united by a passion for creating intuitive, impactful, and unforgettable digital experiences.
This role is based in our Denmark office, where you’ll primarily contribute to our two main local product lines while also playing a key role in supporting the global UX team across all HVD Group product lines. With a growing portfolio that includes Ordrestyring, KlarPris, KlarCalc, Hantverksdata, Next One Technology (Project, Planning, Field, Accurator), CraftNote, Jublo, and more, you’ll have the opportunity to influence a wide array of tools shaping the construction and skilled trades industry across Europe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Innovate: Lead UX design efforts across multiple product lines, crafting user experiences that are not only functional but also delightful and inspiring. Your designs will simplify complex processes, transforming them into intuitive, seamless interactions. While you may focus on specific projects, your work will impact our global portfolio of digital products
Collaborate: Work closely with the UX team, product managers, developers, and an international team of designers to bring your visions to life. Your ideas will help steer the direction of our products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
Empathize: Dive deep into user research, conducting usability tests, gathering data, and uncovering insights that will inform your design decisions. You’ll become the voice of our users, ensuring their needs are at the heart of everything we do.
Create: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that tell a story and guide users effortlessly through their journey. Your work will set new standards for what’s possible in digital design.
Evolve: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and push boundaries—making our products better with every iteration.
