Description:

We’re a team of innovators, strategists, and problem-solvers dedicated to helping our clients connect human answers to business questions. With a culture that values collaboration, creativity, and personal growth, we’re looking for a UX Designer ready to join us in making a real impact. We are SAGO. Passionate and inspired thinkers, who celebrate our wins. Vibrant Leaders who empower our colleagues and innovate the Market Research industry. Curious learners, constantly finding new ways to transform. Bold thinkers and doers who don’t do status-quo. Authentic team members who show up to work every day being ourselves, never afraid of new ideas or opinions, because we believe they matter.
As a global leader in market research and data solutions, Sago is committed to connecting human answers to business questions. The world is transforming, and Sago is continuously reaching new heights, redefining our solutions beyond our clients’ wildest expectations, and making it smarter, faster, and easier to gain insights that matter. We have done it for over 55 years with the brightest minds, and we are looking for more trailblazers who will help us pave new paths that connect our clients with audiences around the world.
We are looking for a creative and strategic UX Designer to join our product team to help us build best-in-class user experiences. In this role, you’ll work alongside the product team to enhance our existing interfaces while also shaping the user experience for new, cutting-edge products. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of market research and technology – collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and the development team to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably with SaaS or digital products
  • Expertise in design tooling (Figma a plus), prototyping, UX research methods, and usability testing
  • Excelling in end-to-end product design, which includes user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
  • Ability to learn our industry, users, and clients and empathize with their priorities and needs. Familiarity with market research tools or qualitative research is a plus.
  • A proven track record of solving complex design challenges
  • Self-motivated; comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Track record of successful remote work

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling user-centered designs alongside Product Manager by conducting user interviews, usability tests, and creating design workflows
  • Lead UX design efforts for new feature developments on our internal and external tools from concept to launch
  • Refine the UI/UX of client and end user facing systems to ensure a seamless experience for all users
  • Collaborate closely with product teams and internal staff to align on project goals and deliverables
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to communicate ideas effectively to developers, stakeholders, and end users
  • Contribute to writing and refining user stories and UAC (User Acceptance Criteria) for design tasks
  • Maintain a cohesive design system to ensure efficiency and consistency across systems
