WHO WE ARE
The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) seeks to transform the delivery of Government Digital Services by taking an “outside-in” view, putting citizens and businesses at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges and propose user-centric approaches to improving products and services to citizens, businesses and public officers.
- Drive user research activities through co-creation workshops, focus group discussions, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create and rapidly iterate on ideas to develop storyboards, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes, or other methods as needed to prove concepts and demonstrate value.
- Align with corporate design systems and incorporate usability and good customer experience into products and services
