At UBench International, we’re all about our customers. For over 20 years, we have been designing our products to meet our client’s needs. To make sure we continue to do so, we are expanding our Product-team in Turnhout with a UX Designer.

CORE SKILLS

• User Research and Usability Testing: You are experienced with conducting user research and usability testing.
• Compromise & Collaboration: You’re skilled at finding compromises and are comfortable in collaborative environments.
• Creating User Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes: You excel at creating clear user flows, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Technical Awareness: You understand and document the technical implications of your designs.
• Figma Expertise: You have an excellent knowledge of Figma or other design tools
• Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Not just by designing “beautiful” web applications, but by listening to what users truly need and crafting a valuable experience for them. As a UX Expert, understanding your client’s users and aligning their needs with business objectives is second nature to you. You can create a strong and innovative UX concept by applying a range of UX design processes and tools.
