We’re looking for someone to support our senior researcher in driving customer insights and guiding user-informed product development across the organization.

• Conduct end to end research projects. We’re looking for someone who can work across the end-to-end research process – from recruitment, research execution, incentive management, and delivery of insights.
• Contribute to product improvements in your area of coverage, by collaborating closely with designers and engineers.
• Support designers in delivering evaluative research. Our designers are responsible for running their own research projects to evaluate their designs. You’ll support them by enabling them all the way from research ops, to research design, to execution.
• Help the team understand the customer. One of our company values is to ‘put the customer first’, and by nature of what we’re building at Dovetail, our team is highly engaged in research and understanding the customer. You’ll help facilitate this by communicating our customers needs, motivations and pain-points to the whole organization.
• Redefine cutting edge research. Work closely with the senior researcher to determine the most effective strategies for conducting research in a dynamic start-up environment.
