Job Descriptions

• Work closely with product teams to identify research initiatives to better understand user experience
• Design and conduct research that examine both user behavior and attitudes
• Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Adapt and innovate research methods to meet product needs by delivering high quality insights in a fast-paced work environment
• Generate actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate product experiences
• Synthesize and communicate research findings to advise business and product decisions in compelling and creative ways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, data science, business, engineering, etc) to ensure your research provides a holistic view of our users
• 1+ years of experience in research
• Preferably demonstrated business and/or product impact based on past research
• Ability to handle complex information and adapt to a changing contexts in a fast paced environment
• Great communication and presentation skills
