As a Digital Product Design UX Researcher, you will be supporting our Digital Experience Quality team with evaluative research to ensure Ford vehicle products and services are delivering the highest quality user experience. This role involves helping our UX research team build new processes for launch readiness, to ensure all of our designs have received some level of usability and customer-centered testing before launch.

SKILLS:

• Ability to present findings and POV effectively with senior management and other organizations.
• Comfortable working on changing demands and early vehicle program work and technologies.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction, and comfortable with changing environments and deadlines.
• Passion for User Experience and Customer-Centered Design!
• Strong sense of customer empathy, problem identification and resolution.Excellent teamwork, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
