UX Researcher Freelancer

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher Freelancer ( German speaker) to join our team for a short-term project aimed at enhancing our digital products. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, conducting, and overseeing user testing sessions to gather valuable insights that inform our design and development decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• User Research & Testing: Proficient in moderated and unmoderated testing methods, planning and executing usability tests to gather insights.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Userlytics, Lookback, and TestingTime.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and delivering clear, actionable insights through reports.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with design, development, and product teams to align user research with project goals.
• Project & Participant Management: Ability to manage testing schedules, oversee participant recruitment, and ensure the right audience is selected for tests.
• Languages Business level German + English

• Conduct Moderated and Unmoderated User Tests: Plan and execute both moderated (in-person or remote) and unmoderated user tests to assess the usability of our products and gather actionable insights.
• Create Test Guidelines: Develop comprehensive test plans and guidelines, including task instructions, objectives, and procedures to ensure effective and meaningful user testing.
• Oversee Recruitment Process: Define participant profiles based on project requirements and ensure that the right target audience is selected. You will manage the testing schedules and oversee the recruitment process handled by an existing platform.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design and development teams to align user research activities with project goals and deadlines.
• Analyze and Report: Collect, analyze, and present both qualitative and quantitative data from user tests, providing actionable insights to improve the product’s design and user experience.
