Responsibilities:
UX Research at EPG focuses on fueling a customer-centric approach throughout our product development. We seek to deeply understand the needs and experiences of our users, and we support design and product in their quest for insights. We thus play an important role towards our mission to ‘Make cities more liveable’.
You’ll be part of a small and agile team that works across product spaces. In particular, your work will focus on cities and parking operators, supporting product teams driving innovation in the space of parking management.
