Carnival UK is in search of a UX/UI & Digital Design Manager, who is crucial in supporting our digital direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

This new and exciting opportunity is responsible for the development, testing and improvement of user-centric journeys across the P&O Cruises product portfolio

Responsibilities:

  • Designing & delivering on the P&O Cruises strategic roadmap, vision and backlog, taking ownership of agreed initiatives, online user feedback and business owner relationships, writing high level designs for testing & development.
  • Manage the overall user defect identification and quality assurance developments in both compliance and UX.
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of users & ensure these are met through the design and functionality of the experience.
  • Support the delivery of the agreed product roadmap of features, ensuring relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) are consulted at all stages to make the end result fit-for-purpose, whilst ensuring optimal ROI for our Capital and Operating expenditure
    Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
