THE ROLE: UX/UI PRODUCT DESIGNER

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer (UI & UX) to shape the design of our key products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and analysts to solve complex challenges and create seamless user experiences across our 6 different products.
You’ll need strong expertise in User Interface Design, with skills in micro-animations and prototyping.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design top-notch UIs for our products
• Ideate, test, and iterate on solutions to ensure user-centred designs
• Follow a human-centred approach, applying qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
• Facilitate workshops to support product and business goals (discovery, feedback sessions, ideation, etc.)
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver key product experiences while improving existing ones
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal design processes
