Presentation of the team and business activities:
With more than 200 employees and over 80m€ sales, the Benelux healthcare activities are growing quickly. We see knowledge development as value by increasing the knowledge of our own staff but also offering this to our clients. Developing accredited training modules around the various therapies is an important next step. The therapies currently offered in the NL are CPAP for Sleep Apnea, Oxygen, Nebulizing, PEP, Suction, Diabetes, Infusion and UV light. We are looking for a developer who will flesh this out within the Commercial Excellence & Marketing team, working closely with colleagues and external parties.
As The Netherlands and Belgium are reporting as one BENELUX unit to the head office, many of our functions manage both countries. The Commercial Excellence & Marketing team will consist of 4 colleagues and reports to the BENELUX CE & Marketing manager. The VIE position will be based in The Netherlands, close to Amsterdam.
The common spoken languages are Dutch, English - and French in Belgium.

MISSION SUMMARY:

• Define the scope (which therapies, modules, stakeholders, accreditations)
• Aligning with market needs and Sales Offers
• Controle accreditation process with external partners
• Design and Develop a new offer: from the modules, content to the promotion - branding
• Developing and delivering the launch and associated marketing
• Publishing training sessions with external partner
• develop system and process for control usage & results

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering background
• Business School background
• Other: Field of specialisation: Data management or/and Project management
• Digital is a plus
