REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in engineering
• Having excellent communication and persuasion skill
• Good CatiaV5 operation skill is preferred
• Good skill of Office software (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
• Experience in design engineering for vehicle’s interior is preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
• Experience in a cross-functional and international business environment is preferred
• Willing to business trip abroad for short to mid long terms
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge in Polish

• Involve in the planning, drawing and serial production control of passenger vehicle’s interior parts
• Cost reduction activity of serial production with plants in France, Poland, Turkey and South Africa) as well as with suppliers all across Europe
• Responsible for producing and testing prototype parts to confirm design structure or proposal for cost reduction in actual parts condition
• Coordinate studies between external companies (customer and supplier) and production plant side
• Create future interior items and structure proposal based on Benchmarking from other OEM products or finding new technology by exhibitions
