Our Program
Our Vacation Program gives you the opportunity to learn technical and business skills from a technical leader who will oversee your development and provide guidance. You will have the exposure to on-the-job learning, an individual development plan, a strong support network and ownership to real work projects.
The intent of our Vacation Program is to support students who are looking to gain exposure to our industry and build a strong pipeline into our Graduate Program. At the end of your Program, we want you to walk away feeling confident and excited that your first experience with Evolution may not be your last.
About the role
You will report to the Senior Mining Engineer and contribute across the Open Pit team. Our program will run from the beginning of December 2024 until the end of February 2025.

WORK ALONGSIDE MINING ENGINEERS GAINING EXPERIENCE IN:

Mine planning,
mine design,
dumping design and staging strategies,
drill and blast engineering.
Gain experience in Mining software (Deswik, ShotPlus).
About you
Have the right to work in the relevant jurisdiction before commencing employment
Be in your penultimate year of study
Currently pursuing a degree in Mining Engineering, Science (Mining) or Engineering Science (Mining Engineering), or a related field.
