QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or the equivalent.

Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, understand and speak fluently in English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to inform gust of the hotel’s facilities and services available.
3. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
4. Must be 18 years of age and be able to obtain all local, state and federal regulatory permits as required by position. Must be able to drive all types of vehicles and be in possession of an active driver’s license. Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations in the last six months.

1. Ensures that all policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guest’s vehicles are followed.
2. Offers information to guests regarding directions, transportation, and hotel services.
3. Follows departmental procedures to ensure that all vehicles are parked and accurately accounted for.
