Responsibilities:
- Creating validation plans for newly developed subsystems and design modifications, taking into account test stands, simulation tools, etc.
- Reviewing circuit diagrams, design change documentation and validation reports.
- Constructing and reviewing the specifications for train and train lab-type tests under all relevant operating conditions.
- Collaborating to optimize the testing scope across the laboratory, train, and train lab, while developing and evaluating documentation for type tests (including test instructions and reports) for both train and train lab.
- Executing functional type tests using a test case database.
- Conducting static and dynamic tests on trains and train labs, both at our Salzgitter location and in external environments.
