The Green Assets Divison’s goal is to create a significant, transparent, financially sound green assets portfolio - consisting of solar PV and onshore wind power plants -, resulting in positive shareholder return with reasonable risk profile via the deep understanding of the energy markets. We are dedicated to develop and build a 2000+ MWp – geographically and technologically diversified – green portfolio by 2026 in Europe.
Job Description
The objective of the role is to support the international expansion of the Green Assets division of MET Group through valuation and transaction support.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics / Finance,
- Corporate finance and valuation experience,
- Excellent analytical skills, structured and strategic thinking,
- At least 1-2 years of similar experience,
- Knowledge of energy markets and the renewables industry is a strong advantage,
- Fluent English and Hungarian,
- Any additional European language is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Supporting internal decision making with investment proposals,
- Preparation and maintenance of project specific DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) models,
- Delivering market and industry insights and analyses,
- Supporting Structured Finance transactions,
- Supporting M&A transactions,
- Supporting business planning and budgeting,
- Full value chain coverage: providing support to the Origination, Development & Construction and Asset Management teams,
- Partner relationships’ management for project development & management,
- Any other tasks directly related to this position.
