Valuation & Modeling Trainee

As an integral part of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to work in diverse client engagements with corporate and private equity clients, focusing on transaction valuations, portfolio valuation advisory, and regulatory & compliance valuations.
Your role as a Trainee will consist of assisting clients in various business valuation matters, tax valuation issues, intellectual property valuations, and business plan & restructuring modelling. You will be developing sophisticated financial models used in analysing, valuing, and restructuring companies, as well as collecting and analysing detailed company-specific and market information. Additionally, you will be working in project teams and collaborating with other Deloitte business units, such as Tax & Legal and Audit & Assurance, in joint projects.

Are you a solution-oriented individual with a high standard for quality, striving to provide the best? Do you possess strong motivation to excel and a true team-player attitude? If you recognise yourself in the following, you could be the person we are looking for:

• An excellent academic record with a relevant master’s degree e.g., Economics or Engineering (graduated or near graduation)
• Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of both English and Finnish

Previous valuation experience and knowledge of valuation theory and methodology are considered assets.
