Essentials: SCSI-accredited property degree, 1+ year of Commercial Valuations experience, proficiency in valuation software (Argus, DCF, etc.), Full Driving Licence
Location: Central Dublin
Salary: Up to €45,000

Our client, a leading property advisory firm, is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their Valuation and Advisory Services Division. The role involves producing high-quality valuation reports, conducting market research, and providing professional advice to clients. You will assist in appraisals and asset acquisitions while maintaining and expanding client relationships.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor looking to take a step up with a global firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in trade-related asset valuations, experience in various valuation methodologies, and be proficient in the use of relevant software. The role also involves collaborating with other departments such as Investment, Retail, and Residential to deliver comprehensive valuation services.
