THE FOCUS IS YOU:

We Continue to Expand in 2024! We are seeking to fill a Transfer Pricing and Valuation Analyst position within the UHY’s Transfer Pricing and Valuations group. Responsibilities will include providing economic and industrial research on client-oriented subjects, transfer pricing documentation, scenario management, as well as valuation services for clients and attorneys across a wide array of engagements including estate and gift tax planning, litigation, shareholder disputes, mergers & acquisitions, buy/sell, stock-based compensation, fair value measurement, financial modeling, and other management planning needs.
It is anticipated that this position will focus roughly 80% of the time on Transfer Pricing, with the remaining 20% of the time focused on Valuation engagements, with fluctuations between the two as needed.
The ideal candidate will be expected to effectively communicate with clients and engagement staff and to prospect for new business. The candidate must have the ability to plan, direct and review document collections, oversee complex analysis and coordinate reporting requirements including presentation of findings in client settings.

Responsibilities:

Regular duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Financial analysis of client operations for the purpose of technical matters
  • Understanding of and ability to explain economic and industry related matters to clients
  • Demonstrates knowledge of all technical aspects of the job, including related knowledge of necessary systems and procedures
  • Handles more complex tasks and projects within discipline/ function
  • Recognizes complex technical issues, evaluates facts efficiently, and uses strategic decision-making skills to assist management in solving problems
  • Demonstrates savvy and understanding of interrelationship with other departments
  • Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge effectively through written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in use of all technology necessary to performance execution, including advanced Excel modeling and common finance-related software (e.g. CapitalIQ, OneSource, and Bloomberg)
  • Ensures top quality client service and oversees client service performance of staff
  • Assists management in planning and managing engagement activity and follows through to achieve results
  • Recognizes needs and issues pertinent to client activity and demonstrates ownership of engagement’s day-to-day tasks and activities.
  • Appropriately manages risk and ensures quality control procedures are being executed
  • Coordinates various phases of engagement with Management
  • Responds timely and accurately to internal team and client requests
  • Seeks new ideas and better ways of accomplishing job and company goals
