The Value-Add Sales Representative (Bilingual) will play a crucial role in empowering current Payworks clients with the necessary tools and information to make informed decisions about Payworks’ solutions beyond Payroll. With an assigned area of focus, from HRMS to Employee Time Management and Employee Self Service, you will use your exceptional communication and service skills to acquire new revenue and business opportunities by matching our solutions to our clients’ needs. You will act as a product advocate leveraging your own expertise and embodying professionalism, integrity and a high quality of customer service, while collaborating with the extended Sales team to achieve a unified mandate.

  • Experience with the Payworks application.
  • Experience in selling or working with Payroll, HRMS and Workforce Management Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Create value for our clients – Knowing our product will be the key to your success. You are motivated to learn and understand our product to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients. Through a consultative sales approach, you will focus on the value added program for your assigned Region/Segment. This includes conducting calls with existing clients, tracking all activities, funneling leads for additional services to the sales team as appropriate and providing feedback to the management on call outcomes.
  • Advocate for our product – You will provide a knowledgeable representation of Payworks products and services to current clients through onsite or virtual presentations, including product demonstrations, portraying the value of Payworks solutions. Acting as a client advocate, you will solicit customer perspectives on our existing applications and seek information to provide them with the best technical solutions to their business needs.
  • Collaborate internally – Support, collaborate and cooperate with Sales and other cross-functional teams, pulling together all available resources to grow the business and ensure we are Doing Right by People.
  • Strategize and innovate – Monitoring sales metrics, you will create and implement sales strategies to capitalize on all opportunities to expand the business and exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
