REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS, working for a software vendor
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
- Experience in management consulting, value selling or working in internal strategy teams
- Strong communication skills and executive presence. Proven ability to build compelling business cases and proposals
- Enterprise business and financial modeling experience, familiarity with key financial metrics: ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for leading business case reviews and influencing leadership decisions
- Expertise in a target industry such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, telecom, or technology
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced and often ambiguous sales environment
- International and domestic travel is required but varies throughout the year

Responsibilities:
As a Value Consultant for TeamViewer, you’ll serve as the main contact for EMEA Enterprise Sales teams, particularly in areas of business case and ROI analysis for high-potential deals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, ideal for those passionate about solving complex business challenges through innovative tech solutions. You’ll be instrumental in identifying client needs and showcasing the unique benefits of TeamViewer’s products. Collaborating with diverse teams, your goal is to develop strategies that maximize customer value and demonstrate demand and best-in-class usage of TeamViewer solutions.
In this position, you’ll need to navigate through ambiguous situations, using your strong business judgment to lead initiatives independently. Your focus will be customer-centric, deeply understanding client needs to tailor your strategies effectively. Adept at data analysis and clear communication, you’ll engage with both senior management and customer executives. Your success will be measured by the direct impact and continuous improvement of our sales motions, reflecting TeamViewer’s commitment to courageous and creative applications of remote access.
- Lead the development of business case analyses for Enterprise customers on active deals
- Identify, lead, and contribute to the creation of new value realization collateral and IP
- Create a scalable mechanism and program to drive adoption of best practices and standardization by global stakeholders
- Create a repository of Value Realization cases studies to share and amplify customers’ success stories with a wider group of target audiences
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing teams to understand customers’ challenges during implementations and rollouts and develop solutions to meet these challenges
- Strategic Operations:
- Cross-functional, company-wide, strategic initiatives
- Special operations for CEO/COO
- Business transformation and continuous improvement
- Drive operational and strategic planning with TeamViewer leadership
