Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Value Modeling and Strategic Projects Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting value modeling initiatives and strategic projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, monitor progress, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
- Master’s degree in finance, business or project management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a strategic or analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Must have a high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of value modeling techniques and strategic frameworks is a plus.
- Project Management Certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support value modeling initiatives, such as integrated health models and Managed Entry Agreements, across the organization.
- Design, implement and monitor Managed Entry Agreements that respond to customer needs, including outcome-based, risk-sharing, and financial-based agreements.
- Collaborate and engage with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure a successful implementation and follow-up of integrated health models.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools by monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks, and proposing solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for value creation and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools by monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks, and proposing solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to value modeling and strategic project management.
