Description:

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Five years working in a manufacturing environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in a supervisory, non-supervisory, or project lead role.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of continuous process improvement techniques in a Lean manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Proven organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Standing, bending, reaching and handling bulky parts is common to the job. Frequently lifts up to 35 pounds.
