We are looking for a Valuer to join a highly respected residential valuation department in an established chartered surveying firm in Dubai. This role involves working with top-tier clients, including banks, developers, and owners, who depend on our expertise to make informed financial decisions and manage their property portfolios effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• RICS accredited degree or undertaking APC would be preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a valuer within the UAE.
• UAE market knowledge is essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• UAE driving licence and available vehicle.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards routine tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
• Ability to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Arabic language skills are desirable.

• Value residential property within the UAE by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property market
• Provide informed, market facing and independent advice on residential property types
• Reach firm and justifiable conclusions on values for work undertaken
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and present valuation advice to clients.
• Take day to day responsibility for the execution of instructions under minimum supervision.
• Manage multiple instructions at the same time efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a strong client base.
• Support an expanding team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments internally to maintain market knowledge and cross-sell opportunities.
• Comply with all company information security policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
• Comply with company data protection guidelines when dealing with personal and/or sensitive data.
