QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with valve systems and applications in industrial settings, including selection, sizing, and troubleshooting of valves.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

• Develop expert-level knowledge of products and customer applications.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical support to the sales team.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers.
• Stay current with product knowledge and sales processes.
• Create accurate price quotes based on customer needs.
• Process and track customer orders, providing updates as needed.
• Assist customers with order modifications and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order details.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, operations, and marketing teams.
