Title: HR/Payroll Student Office Assistant
Department: Human Resources and Payroll
Reports to: Director for Payroll Services
Position Summary:
The position will provide administrative duties such as scanning, filing, faxing, assisting employees, and other duties as assigned to the Office of Human Resources and Payroll. The ideal candidate will be able to work up to 20 hours per week; however, these hours are flexible and may be adjusted to fit the student’s scheduling needs. The position will be open until filled.

- Performs other duties as required or assigned pertinent to the position.
- Must be a positive role model on and off the job.
- Must know and abide by all University rules and regulations.
- Must maintain a positive attitude toward the position.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Be a full-time undergraduate student (basic).
- Minimum of 10 hours per week
- Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
