Vehicle Finance Performance Manager (North)
Competitive salary, Company Car and up to 12.5% annual bonus
Field-based (North - covering Scotland and one site in Carlisle)

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL: BE THE LEAD CONTACT AND MANAGE THE F&I PERFORMANCE ACROSS A DESIGNATED NUMBER OF DEALER PARTNERS

A bit about the ‘Department’: The Toyota & Lexus field team are a brand dedicated group working to support the sales of new and used vehicles in the networks, with customer focused finance programmes creating affordability and accessibility to the Toyota and Lexus brands.

FOR THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Experienced in the Motor Finance Industry; a Manufacturing Finance Company or Motor Dealer Group.
  • Excellent at building relationships including coaching & developing Dealers.
  • Keen on the details! You will be fully reviewing financial data for each partner and driving action plans to develop any areas of opportunity to enhance the sales process.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Build value with your Toyota & Lexus partners agreeing F&I business plans designed to demonstrate the value F&I can add to their business and their customers.
  • Work with your designated Toyota & Lexus partners to develop and implement consistent customer focused finance sales processes, enabling consumers to make informed vehicle funding decisions which lead to good customer outcomes.
  • Implementing and managing Total Trade Cycle Management, promoting new and used cars through affordability and best in class customer loyalty processes.
  • With a win-win mindset, gain buy-in from Dealer partners to support the implementation of TFS/LFS Trade Cycle Management F&I programmes.
  • Work with partners to enable them to understand the value proactively managing the finance renewal process. Ensure they have a structure with sufficient processes and capacity to maximise the opportunity.
  • Hold quarterly reviews with senior management to include performance, TCF and oversight performance data – agreeing appropriate remedial actions as required.
  • Escalate any oversight concerns to senior partner management and internal TFS/LFS management as requested.

FOR THIS ROLE (G3) WE WILL FOLLOW A 1ST AND 2ND ROUND INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH A MEMBER OF HR AND THE HIRING MANAGER/S. THE INTERVIEW WILL BE VIA TEAMS AND/OR FACE TO FACE, SO THAT WE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE. THE 2ND STAGE MAY INVOLVE A ROLE PLAY AND/OR PRESENTATION.
