VEHICLE GROOMER - VOLKSWAGEN

Our Continental Cars - Volkswagen team offers a comprehensive range of new and used Volkswagen vehicles, parts, and accessories.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Groomer to join our Sales team. As a Vehicle Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for maintaining a pristine appearance for our vehicles.
This is a dynamic and varied role which will also see you coordinating and supervising the check in process of all inbound new vehicles, attending to customer pickups and drop offs when required, managing vehicle movements onsite, completing service grooms, and grooming new vehicles for fleet customers among other tasks. This a varied role in which no day will be the same!

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in vehicle grooming or detailing is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, required for vehicle cleaning and detailing.
• A meticulous approach to cleaning and grooming vehicles to ensure high-quality results.
• Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and deliver groomed vehicles promptly.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
