Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Vehicle Line Manager - Development to join our highly skilled and dynamic Engineering team.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will be the central point of contact in vehicle development for a specific program. To take full ownership and Lead the development across all function and attributes groups. Ensuring a robust & efficient DVP is delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as Central Point of Co-Ordination for Program Development Testing
  • Coordinating and supporting of all phases of physical development from proof of concept, benchmarking, prototype vehicle to Pre -production vehicles
  • Managing the Cost, timing, and efficiency of DVP Delivery
  • Working with Chief engineer, Program Team and all Attribute/Function Groups to ensure DVP & Timing plan are feasible, aligned and timed accordingly
  • Leading the process of defining Vehicle Specifications, rigs & spares
  • Setting and managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Planning and scheduling the project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Delivering and preparing the status reports to the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Coaching, mentoring and manage a small team.
